Upgrade - promised extra. No response from previo

Firstly, no response from previous complaint on Hello Peter.<br> <br> I did an upgrade on the 25/04/2015 with Kamhelo Mokgosi at the MTN store at Northriding. I was promised an extra 200MB over and above the 300MB with the contract. When my upgrade started on the 01st May, I did not receive the extra MB's. When I contacted Kamhelo, I was told that he could not load the extra for me. <br> <br> I was very upset about this, as I was promised extra and did not receive it.<br> <br> Sales persons should not promise the client extras with an upgrade, if they cannot delivered. <br> <br> Very disappointing
