Upgrade phones not delivered
Last week Monday I upgraded my *** contract to the two Samsung A23 phones with Kabelo Mabanga. Initially he said that my current *** number can be used as additional number and then when we finalized he said it couldn't anymore. I was not happy with that but since I'm desperate for a phone I took it cause he said the phones is a 2 sim phone. He told me that the new phone will be delivered on Tuesday. It wasn't and when I contacted him on Wednesday he said that the phones were just dispatched and I should get them the latest Friday. Friday I sent him 2 enquiry/follow up emails and he didn't even answer me.
Just wanna know if I'm getting the new phones and if my *** can be used as a second number of the 2 phones and when if I'm getting a phone will I get it?
I've been a customer of MTN since 2002 and I've never had to pay the remainder of my current contract when I do an upgrade. I've paid upgrade fees of less than R120.00. What I want to know is why do I now have to pay for the remainder of the current term first?
On the 16 Sep while enquiring with Kabelo Mabanga I asked him if I need to pay anything and he rep**** on the 17 via email and said I do not have to pay anything. Now I'm confused I want to know who's lying here. Was he just trying to get a sale and could this be the reason the phones were never released.
I'm not happy with MTN and how they are treating us. The stores as well give very bad service that's why we go online but online is also loosing it's credibility.
Can someone please respond to this as I really need a phone.
