Upgrade - phone still not delivered after almost 2 months

<p>At the end of April I was called by MTN to say I was due for an upgrade. We chatted, I agreed to the same contract terms and after some time the phone was delivered... except the phone was pink. The delivery man told me to take it to an MTN store, but I thankfully decided to rather call MTN, only to find out that they dont deal with our upgrades. Its outsourced to a company called CCI and I needed to take this up directly with them. I sent the phone back. MTN will not take any responsibility for anything done through CCI. I have called CCI about 50 times in the past couple of months and I still dont have a phone. I have delt with so many people and no one takes accountability for the issue. Charmaine is the only person that called me back once last week and promised to take responsibility and yesterday I called in, only to find out she has gone on leave.... Of course she never mentioned that. Opperators dont log the calls and I am wondering if I will ever see this phone. </p>
