Upgrade phone not received

I was due for and uopgrade on our contract<br> <br> As I had difficulty in get to the MTN Shop, Menlyn Retail Shopping Mall I was glad that MTN TeleSales phonrd met to arrange delivery of my new Handset<br> <br> After all the sorting which handset I referred them to my brother ECJ Taljaard whom is the account holder <br> <br> Weeks went by and then MTN came up with a story that we have to take another lower quality I-phone. After sorting this out we are still waiting up to today for the Samsung Note4 with an empty promise and still no phone has arrived<br> <br> I hope this can be speedily resolved by cancelling the telesales order and let revert back to do the deal with MTN at Menlyn Retail Mall
