UPGRADE - PHONE DELIVERED BUT NO TABLET

Hello, I upgraded on the 3rd August 2017. I waited 4 weeks for my delivery. Finaly when my delivery arrived, the tablet was not in the box. You delivered my phone without my tablet. The upgrade was for a phone + tablet (Promo). I have been batteling for a week now to get feedback and no one is coming back to me. I have asked Nimita (MTN Direct) to call me back but she is not coming back to me at all. I have phoned every day for the last week and everyone at the call centre says they will come back to me. I want my tablet delivered. What is the hold up?
