Upgrade pending since Thursday morning YYY

<p>I went into MTN Bluff, Checkers Centre on Thurs morning to do an upgrade. After an hour processing, I was told its pending. I called in on Friday morning and was told it's still pending. I said I should cancel my contract, the consultant said "that shouldn't be a problem" and hung up. Its now Saturday evening, I have not received any feedback wetherits declined or approved, considering i signed all the paperwork. Bluff branch sucks....bad service....bad attitutdes.</p>
