Upgrade pending for a month!!!

We upgrade our data sim with MTN when we saw a good black friday deal from mtn, unfortunately to this day the upgrade and the router have not been received. We have been following up with the call center with no luck, instead we are being sent from pillar to post regarding this upgrade, MTN what kind of business are you running? its nearly a month since we app**** for the upgrade online. When we try go to the store we are told to call the call center. Am so ****ed on your very poor customer service!
