Upgrade Order to be Closed

I did an upgrade with MTN at Fourways mall on the 16th of September and unfortunately the order did not allow the consultant to close it. He then logged a ticked for this order to be closed since they could not close it from their side, and this has not been done. I need to do a sim swap, and this cannot be done with this order still open. I need help!
