Upgrade of contract

I was phoned by the call center who said to me I was eligible for a upgrade. I told them I don't want to upgrade, but they insisted that it was a great deal....they said I will receive a TV with my contract and said something about a cruize vacation. I told them if this was the case I will do it. I received my phone through courier but no TV etc. I went to MTN front office Bloemfontein and spoke to Brian. He informed me that this was something you had to claim on samsung rewards. I tried to do that but could not, so I said tho him I want to cancel the contract as I did not receive what was promised. I sent my phone back on 8 January but since nobody can give me an answer. I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED !!!!!!!
