Upgrade not processed
We submitted an upgrade application via the MTN Business telesales in respect of the Black Friday Deals but the upgrade was never processed due to no communication. We followed up a number of times and were advised everything was in order. I called today and was advised this deal is not available and was never processed. This is unacceptable.
