Upgrade non-service!

If I had an option to put zero staff I would have!

Saturday I went to the store for an upgrade and it was done. I was told the photos would finish transferring in a while after I had left the store. Nothing happened as the phones disconnected.

Went back on Sunday and after 3/4 hours the photos were done. Got home, checked my apps and some had not been loaded.

Went back again on Monday afternoon and was the consultant who had assisted me wasn't there and the manager had already left for the day.

Phoned today (Wednesday) and being told neither the manager or their 2IC is at work. What a joke of a company. Meanwhile I am stuck with a phone which does not have the apps that I require due to the consultants not transferring all the info from my old phone.
