Upgrade No Upgrade

I upgraded my contract to the 50GB black Friday deal on 1/2 December. However I still have not received the upgrade though the consultants said the upgrade is done. They further advised that there is a glitch and that it is stuck somewhere. It's been 16 days with no resolution as yet.
