Upgrade - No Stock - All the time.

My Dad and I went to MTN Mall of the South as my contract was due for an upgradeon the 11 July 2025, we upgrade my contract and the phone I wanted was out of stock and they didn't know when they would get stock so I got the lite version of the phone instead, but as part of the package that I got when I upgraded, I could either get a watch or a speaker. As I already have 2 bluetooth speakers and didn't really need another, I opted for the watch. However, as we are getting everything and my dad is signing for the paperwork and person helping us says "oh, we don't have stock of the watch." Then went on to say they should get stock on Wednesday. They will call us, Wednesday comes and they call to let us know, no stock of the watch still. I am still waiting for my watch and it is three weeks later. But yet MTN wants us to now pay. Why should we pay for something when we haven't even received everything that we were suppose to get as part of the package.
