Upgrade nightmare MTN

I am beyond furious!

I simply want to upgrade my phone as I'm due but was waiting for a black Friday special.

Now that I call in to upgrade nobody can help me. Pushed from one person to the next and nobody cares about customer service.

Please can I be called to sort this out once and for all.

All I want is the Samsung z fold 5 on black Friday special.
