Upgrade Nightmare

I have tried to do a simple upgrade for 3 months now and still don't have a phone. They never phone you back, the people are arrogant and unhelpful. When you finally get someone that is able to assist and do a wonderful job of assisting you, the phone gets ****** when on delivery and you wait another 3 weeks and still no phone with no response as to when you will eventually get a new one. I am currently not interested in upgrading anymore and just want to cancel both my contracts with them. I am tired of being okay with substandard service, shame on you MTN!!
