Upgrade nightmare

Worst service ever! Trying to upgrade for more than a month now. Been to the store 4times and even logged a query online over a week ago and was supposed to be called back within 24hrs - still waiting! You advertise a package and when I want to upgrade to it, you tell me that its not available to me because of some system glitch and for more than a month you can't solve it and can't offer me anything else! I guess you do not need the business...
