Upgrade nightmare

<p>One issue I have with the Lephalale branch is that they don't keep stock of any phone.... So the upgrade was requested on the system,,,, I waited for a while and went back... Still no stock, the next week I was in Potchefstroom and decided to do my upgrade there.... They had stock and were willing to help but the problem was that they couldn't because they didn't have access to cancel the upgrade request made by the Lephalale branch so now I'm still waiting................</p>
