Upgrade Nightmare

So, upgraded my contract Tuesday, got a nano sim, which in turn led to a sim swap.Wait 2 - 24h they said. So 36h later, still not working phoned them day after day from that point, its been 140+ hours now, and guess what my new still is not working, rendering the new phone basically useless. This is utter incompetence from MTN service side. Ironically I've been a client for 6+ years, but this is over...
