Upgrade Mtn bad bad bad

Mtn send me an email that my nr is due for an upgrade. Went to the app to do the upgrade. Also received several email. An in the app it also show that i can upgrade. After diing the upgrade receieved an email that the courier dsv will call with the delivery still no call from mtn.I try to call Mtn they cut me off 4 times. When i got hold of the they told me that i can only upgrade in Okt. I asked them what about the sms and emails i received And the lady said they are so sorry but they do not do early upgrades. I asked her then why does they send emails and sms and on the apps. They told ne they are so sorry but there app must be updated. ??? Realy a big company like mtn cant update there apps ?????
