Really. I am due to upgrade and find out that if I upgrade today I will have to pay for my current phone and the new phone for the next 3 months. I have been with you guys for over 10 years and never experienced this before. Why offer a upgrade 3 months before the contract goes on to a month to month then. You have now lost a customer for life. As soon as my contract is over I am going over to a different company.
