Upgrade issue

I am not happy with MTN at all. I want to do an ealry upgrade and no one can assist me as I am not on the "new system"- mhy upgrade is due 7 jan 2023 and the reason they can not help me now is because I need to be "vetted" again for them to migrate me to the new system. I have been with MTN for YEARSSSS now and I am definitely not going to send everything from scratch again. MTN has ALL my documents, ID, contact details- the works! I have TWO contracts with MTN, so sort this issue out ASAP, or Ill go to another service provider who will gladly accept my R2000 per month.
