Upgrade hell part 2
<p>Called the sales department to find out about delivery of cell phone, was told they will call me back in a minute, 4 hour's later still waiting. Mtn has 0 interest in there customers and no service delivery.</p>

12 Jul 2016, 16:12Well it contagious, now Mtn's bad service has filleted down to it courier service. After waiting 3 weeks for Mtn to arrange delivery of my new phone, I received the SMS saying delivery will be today (12/07) so after waiting all day the delivery did not arrive. So here I sit still with out any service.
