Upgrade hell

I did a upgrade through the call centre on the 23rd of april with Alice Maseko, it is the 4th of may and I haven't heard anything. I am at the Menlyn store and the cannot assist with the upgrade as Alice has to drop the order. The lady called her and she said she has system errors and put the phone down in her ear. I am so angry at this moment because it doesn't seem like Alice is doing anything on her side. I will never recommend MTN again
