Upgrade gone wrong
Upgraded my line using the website! Worst mistake ever! Mtn upgraded me to lower package on a pre reg. Upgraded my line , but only delivered handset after a week, to top it off it was the incorrect phone with no accessories as promised. Tried getting hold of some 1 at mtn to assit with no help. Cutomercare puts me through to mtn direct neither one can help because neither 1 can see any website upgrade information. Tried emailing mtn no response !!! Shocking and poor service received from mtn. Tried contacting mtn for literally the 10th time and still no1 is able to assist. Mtn why do you offer online upgrades if the system doesnt wor****! Sort my issue out
