upgrade gone wrong
On the 1 Feb 2016 I went to the MTN store in Randpark Ridge for an upgrade. The consultant was all to happy to assist and instead of migrating my sim card, the line was canceled. I went to the store on saturday after trying for an entire week to sort the sim swop out with the call center and was then informed that the line was cancelled instead of migrated. <br> <br> it is now a week later and i am not able to use my data linked to this data contract due to the incompetence of the consultants at mtn. even though i was promised that it would be sorted out today. when i called the store i was told that they will look into and get back to me!<br> <br> this is not on. I am not impressed with the service i got.
