Upgrade experience horrifying

Terrible experience trying to upgrade. Was offered a contract by Kelven Naidoo. Delivery and authentication process was a nightmare. Didn't eventually receive my phone. Was advised by MTN store that I was **** to about the contents of the package. Now I'm being billed higher, with no fault of mine. The entire process from accepting the online offer was **********. Stay far away from this service provider.
