Upgrade due according to sms but unable to upgrade

Went on to mtn website and it said that 2 of my numbers *** and *** are due for upgrade on the 29/03/2016 and I have a sms for both numbers saying that both numbers are due for an upgrade on the 29/03/2016. I then proceeded to contact my nearest mtn branch who told me that I can only upgrade on the 01/05/2016 I then proceeded to phone mtn headoffice and spoke Mapiti who also said that I can only upgrade on 01/05/2016 he then assured me that he would get back to me the same day after discussing this with management. I am still waiting for a return call regarding this matter. My issue is that firstly how can the website and a sms say one thing and the consultants on the phone say something else ? And secondly if a consultant says they will call you back and they don't, that is also totally acceptable. I would like both these Contracts upgraded now as per the sms which I received.<br> The reference that I received was mr***3
