Upgrade = downgrade -2 customers

Anyone experience a upgrade on a previous package actually being a downgrade and not a upgrade? Recently receive my upgrade is due message, my last deal i got the hawei p10 and p20 on with 1 gig data 200min. Went to enquire what i can upgrade to and it appears that the only upgrade on my p20 is the p30 lite where i have to take 1gig data 50 min and pay R100 a month extra and it doesnt even include the p10 to upgrade. I dont get this. People in store was very friendly and explained all i can do is wait. I will give it 4 months and see if i have to change over to another network or if something becomes available.
