Upgrade done Wrong
Never ever shop at MTN Clearwater. You a loyal customer your contracts for your children is always the same. Your upgrade is always the same. They make a mistake upgrading both phones at the same time and date should be same contract as always but load one wrong and you get a bill of R6000.I am a VIP CLIENT 5 PHONES ON MY CONTACT AND WAS JUST TOLD SORRY ...NO REFUND. If you look at my track record when upgrading it is clear who made the mistake. The arrogant store manager had no logic. MTN you suck. Unhappy customers.*** [Email Removed] and please take that smile of your page .I AM NOT SMILING
