Upgrade done Wrong

Never ever shop at MTN Clearwater. You a loyal customer 20 years plus.... your contract for your children is always the same when I do upgrades. With a Top up facility they made a mistake upgrading both phones at the same time and date loaded one correct and one incorrect and then I get a bill of R6000 on one of the phones...it should have been R568.I am Listed as a VIP CLIENT 5 PHONES ON MY CONTRACT AND WAS JUST TOLD SORRY ...NO REFUND. I asked the store Manager that if you look at my track record when upgrading it is clear who made the mistake. The arrogant store manager had no logic and was not interested to assist. I have now reported this 5 times. Received a call and was promise a refund .This was in September and been going on since April 2015.Still waiting. Next up grade I will look at other Cellphone Operators.
