Upgrade done Fruadulently
When will my line be migrated to pre-paid? Its been more than a week since I reported the Upgrade done **********ly on my Line. Phoned call centre again this morning and this is still pending. Cannot believe that after a week this is still not resolved. There is ***** on my line and you take so long to rectify the problem? I do not understand. No one gets back to me or keep me updated on the progress, just a simple email to keep me updated will also help.

05 Nov 2015, 15:07Hello TINUSCLAASE,
We are truly sorry for the breakdown in service experienced and for the ********** upgrade that was processed on your behalf.
Kindly note in order for the matter to be resolved, we will require that you provide us with a written SAPS stamped affidavit and a recently certified ID book copy in order for us to get our ***** Department to investigate the matter.
Once they've established that the upgrade was done **********ly, will the upgrade be cancelled, term date reversed and then we can migrate your number over to prepaid. Please send the documents to fax number: ***.
Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service experienced.
Regards
Tim
