Upgrade done - Dololo phone received

MTN Direct upgraded my contract on 28 Dec 2020, expected delivery before 31 Dec 2020. No calls no emails advising delivery. Eventually called them 5th of Jan 2020 and MTN unable to process upgrade as consultant Naydene left upgrade in an Approved state which apparently means incomplete and only she can complete. Meanwhile I sit here twiddling my thumbs waiting for the Unreachable Gods at MTN to find time to tell me where my phone is. After more than 10 years you’d expect some courtesy but no.
