Upgrade done 2 weeks ago, still not received any data

Morning. 3 weeks ago I did my upgrade, 2 weeks ago I received my device at the store. Realized very quickly that something was wrong when I did not get the data that was supposed to Come with the device . Its a Lot because the upgrade is the Ipad 10.9 inch. Went to the store to be told they made a mistake and upgraded the wrong number and that it should take 2-3 days to be fixed. Its two weeks later, its not fixed, i get no answers except that head office hasnt responded yet. Listen, I am Paying for this device. I want this issue to get sorted out, fixed and corrected today. I want the data that o was supposed to get 2 weeks ago reimbursed aswell. Bruce Geldenhuys ***
