UPGRADE DISASTER MTN SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My phone was due for a upgrade 3 months ago. I choose a phone and I received the wrong phone. I am struggling for the last 4 weeks daily to get this problem sorted and get the phone I ordered. Regardless I am already paying for this upgrade, but I DONT HAVE THE PHONE!!!! I get to speak to many people at MTN daily but no one seems to know how to sort this out for me. MAYBE Hallo Peter can?
