Upgrade delivery takes more than a month

I called MTN on the 17th of January 2015 to ask if I qualify for an upgrade on my phone , I was told yes , I opted for an Iphone 6 , and to date I have not received my Iphone. I called a few times to follow up , and was told every time that someone will call me back. That has also not happened. I was also told that the request was cancelled on the 17th of February 2015. Why?<br> Can someone please let me know - why we call it MTN Direct and also how can an upgrade delivery take more than a month?<br> I just want a phone.
