Upgrade decline due to affordability???!!!!

Hi,

I have communicated by the iStore in Fourways to tell that my application to do a upgrade has been declined due to affordability???? What is going on MTN!?? Are you guys for real????

For the first time ever in my life have I been declined for ANY application. .. I’ve purchased cars, I have a mortgage, excellent credit record with years for history!!!! Never once have I missed a payment in the YEARS that I have been with MTN. This is damn upgrade on my current contract which is about a R100 difference to my current contract and I have been declined???

I need answers please!!!! This is a joke!!! I will escalate this matter to whoever I need to get some proper reasoning here!!!

IS THIS JUST YOUR WAY OF GETTING CUSTOMERS TO COME DIRECTLY TO MTN INSTEAD OF GOING TO A ISTORE TO DO AN UPGRADE??? I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DOING AN UPGRADE!
