UPGRADE DATES WRONG
I checked online (MTN Choice) and when putting in my cellphone number it told me I was eligible for an upgrade today (31/3/2016). I then got in my car and went to my nearest MTN Branch and requested the upgrade to be told that I am only due an upgrade in July 2016. Disappointed I asked why it says online that I am due for one and that at the branch, I am not? The consultant said that quite a few people had experienced the same problem of late. <br> So MTN - what is going on? This is rather disappointing that your online sites do not correspond with the MTN branch sites .... <br> Having been a customer of yours for many years - I find this exceptionally unacceptable.

Please take note that that early upgrade can only be done in the 21st month of your 24 month contact.
