Upgrade Data Package not loaded as per Agreement & Service Provider T’s & C’s

On the 27th of November I upgraded to one of MTN’s Black Friday Data deals, being the 30GB at R199. On the Terms and Conditions it stated that I were to receive my promotional data no more than 14 days after the upgrade of which I never received, but merely a 12,5GB on the day of the upgrade. Today my package was loaded and still received 12,5GB and not the 30GB I signed up for.
