Upgrade

I have recently upgraded from MTN. The amount discussed with me and the amount deducted is not the same as agreed upon. I have contacted the accounts department after holding on the line for ages just so that they can tell me that I was charged for the old device that has now been upgraded. I have to take this matter up with upgrade department even though my calls of the upgrade were all recorded. I was never told of this extra charge. MTN doesn't care about their clients, all they do is rob them and are dishonest. This is ***** and nobody should do any business like this.
