Upgrade contract gone wrong

I was contacted by Velocity on behalf on MTN. I was sold lies, and not the true as per what the contract entailed.<br> <br> I cancelled the upgrade on 21 September 2015 with Sumaya at ***. (Bear in mind that the phone was delivered 4 weeks later than promised). She advised me that someone will collect the phone from me and she will cancel the contract as soon as she has received the phone.<br> <br> I'm stuck with a phone I don't want and am not using. Getting through to Velocity is like looking for a needle in a haystack. IMPOSSIBLE!!!<br> <br> I have visited the over 5 MTN branches, phoned the MTN call centre and nobody is able to assist me. I have been sent from pillar to post, being told only MTN Velocity that can cancel this upgrade. I'm really frustrated by this.<br> <br> On top of it all, I have been charged as if I'm using this phone. I need this upgrade to be cancelled ASAP!! I cant be paying for what I'm not using.<br>
