Upgrade challenges

Highly disappointed with this company. weve been trying to upgrade (online) and it’s 3 weeks now. We are being sent from pillar to post, and receiving automated responses that mean nothing. At first they were waiting for stock, then no one knew what the problem was. We have about 5 reference numbers we no longer know which one to use when calling.
