Upgrade Cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my upgrade I did over the phone for the past 3 days, the lady consultant who was assisting me **** and said she cancelled it. You are given up until 5 days to cancel an upgrade and I’m afraid that Mtn want the 5 days to pass before assisting me, been contacting Mtn each and everyday.
