Upgrade cancellation

I am trying to get hold of the retention department to cancel an early upgrade, but I have been holding on for an hour but nobody answers the phone! This is totally unacceptable!! How is it possible that nobody can answer the phone on a Saturday Morning 26 November @11:17 Initial call started 10:15
