Upgrade cancellation

The worst telecommunications company ever. I have a contract customer with MTN for 13 years and the service I have received recently has left me disgusted and feeling subhuman. I have been trying to have a contract upgrade cancellation since the 19th of May and have been sent from pillar to post. This despite calling the agent, Anna Malebane to inform to cancel the said upgrade. I have sent her countless emails, have been in constant communication with MTN direct on Facebook and every time I receive a different story. I am fed up and just need this cancelled and they have started debiting my account despite the fact that DSV collected their device a long time ago. The worst customer service ever!!!
