UPGRADE but still haven't received new phone.

<p>I am about to lose it with MTN. upgraded and 2 weeks later I still have NOT received my new phone although i'm PAYING FOR IT. No one getting back to me. Sent emails. Called your customer care line only to be told that because it was done online they CANNOT help. Get someone to sort this out immediately. UNACCEPTABLE. <br />
