Upgrade Botch UP

I would like to warn people regarding people that pose as MTN consultants - that our actually working under the MTN banner / known to MTN SA but when things go wrong then MTN turns their back and says - BUT WE DIDNT DO IT IT WAS "XYZ" people who are affiliated to MTN but you must phone them direct but they can't give you the contact details "we don't know" My data contract us upgraded to a much higher monthly premium when I specifically said that I DID NOT WANT IT TO BE CHANGED - I was happy with what I had. Also said undecided on Upgrade Unit and was told. "thats OK you can do it at a later stage" NOW I pay Much Much More per month - without my consent!!! and when I go to get an upgrade Tablet it is now a total mess - My ID is vetted - Which SAPFS confirmed in writing is not the case... now I am blacklested which Credit Buraeu confirm is not true. SO NOW MTN says go to the Police and get an affidavit that ***** as commited on your MTN contract because you didnt sign.. THE END OF THE STORY IS - STILL NO UPGRADED TABLET BUT STILL HAVE TO PAY THE HIGHER PREMIUM AND CANNOT CANCEL UNLESS I PAY A RIDICULOUS,. AMOUNT. Be careful people....dont upgrade on the phone or even speak to them!!!!!
