Upgrade - Bad Service Again

Hi,

This is a problem almost everytime I upgrade. I have done an online upgrade on the 26th of November. I have not heard anything back yet. I have sent Customer care an email yesterday morning and also have not heard anything as yet.

Why is this a hassle almost everytime ?
