Upgrade approved

Good day,<br> <br> I have been trying to call MTN 808 to let them know about the ***** on my account but as usual the number just rings. Yesterday I received an sms for upgrade approved and the minutes later the lady from MTN shop Clearwater phoned me about the person who's at the store for an upgrade. I was surprised to find out the consultant had already approved the contract for the person who used the **** ID. <br> <br> The first name on the **** ID is Thabiso and my name on the MTN system is Thabo but the contract was approved even though the names were not the same. I believe that the consultant have played a role in the ***** committed using my ID. The perpetrator got arrested and the case is open. I am still trying to get some sort of advice on how to open a case for MTN.<br> <br> MTN shops never cared for their customers and all they think of is commission. This is the second time in three month MTN mess up my life.
