Upgrade and new contract problems
<p>We wanted the phones that they advertise for the special deals for the month of September, went to two stores and phoned another 3 stores, none having stock of all three phone that I wanted and this is still the beinging of the month... We eventually decided on another phone for an upgrade, went through to Fourways Mall MTN and waited for over 2 hours for processing and authorisation, just to be told that they are closing and we must please come back another time. This is pathetic, nobody has two days available just to do a upgrade!!!!</p>
