UPGRADE AND EXTENTION OF CONTRACT

I have been a client of MTN for 12 years and never experienced such poor service and no-care attitude of the people of this company. On 11 January I app**** for upgrades of two of my business phones. according to the Mafikeng shop the IPhone I required is out of stock. After several visits to the shop it was and still is out of stock. Even though they promised to phone me to keep me up to date they did not had the decency to do so. On 24 Jan I lodged a telephonically complaint to the customer. Today I phoned MTN again and after several transfers a lady told me that there is no problems with stock. But now I must submit all the documents again even though it is still laying at the Mafikeng shop. I also just confirmed with the local shop who said there is nothing available. Absolutely pathetic.
